SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping: We ship within the United States using USPS/UPS/FedEx. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at shop@shopsophiarachelles.com so we can assist you.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for return authorization and instructions.
